Rooted in a rich, multi-generational legacy of pastoral leadership—with both maternal and paternal grandparents faithfully pastoring for over 30 years—Lady Alaina’s heart for ministry is shaped by heritage, stewardship, and a deep commitment to kingdom service.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University, equipping her with a strong foundation in human behavior, emotional intelligence, and mental wellness. With professional expertise in Engagement Strategy and Quality Assurance, she is skilled in designing intentional systems that foster connection, alignment, and sustainable growth within ministry and organizational environments. Her passion for Mental Health advocacy further informs her compassionate and holistic leadership approach.
